MUTINI™ currently ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and supported countries within the European Union.

Shipping Rates

United States

Free standard shipping on all orders.

Canada

Standard International Shipping: $12.99 USD for orders under $75 USD.
Free International Shipping on orders of $75 USD or more.

United Kingdom

Standard International Shipping: $12.99 USD for orders under $75 USD.
Free International Shipping on orders of $75 USD or more.

European Union

Standard International Shipping: $14.99 USD for orders under $75 USD.
Free International Shipping on orders of $75 USD or more.

Free-shipping eligibility is calculated after discounts and before applicable taxes.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

United States

Processing time: 1–3 business days.
Estimated transit time after dispatch: 4–12 business days.
Estimated total delivery time: approximately 5–15 business days.

Canada and the United Kingdom

Processing time: 1–5 business days.
Estimated transit time after dispatch: 8–15 business days.
Estimated total delivery time: approximately 9–20 business days.

European Union

Processing time: 1–5 business days.
Estimated transit time after dispatch: 8–18 business days.
Estimated total delivery time: approximately 9–23 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Customs processing, carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times.

Order Tracking

Tracking information is provided by email when available after an order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to activate the tracking number.

Customs, Duties, VAT, and Import Charges

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges determined by the destination country.

Any applicable charges that are not displayed and collected at checkout may be charged by local customs authorities or the delivery carrier and are the customer’s responsibility. MUTINI™ does not control these charges or customs-processing times.

Customers are responsible for checking their country’s import requirements before ordering.

Address Accuracy

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. MUTINI™ is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs resulting from an incomplete or incorrect address.

Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after processing or fulfillment has begun.

Split Shipments

Items may be shipped separately when products are fulfilled from different warehouses or locations. Separate tracking numbers may be provided. Customers will not be charged an additional shipping fee beyond the amount shown at checkout.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or a package appears delayed, please contact MUTINI™ through our Contact page.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly and provide the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

MUTINI™ is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are lost or stolen after delivery. Customers should first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and the local carrier.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after order processing or fulfillment has begun.
