Refund & Return Policy

At MUTINI™, we want you to feel confident and comfortable with your order. If something is not right, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unworn, unused, and unwashed
In the same condition that you received it
With original tags and packaging, when applicable
Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. MUTINI™ is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Worn or washed items
Used maternity underwear or panties
Maternity bras or intimate apparel that have been worn or used
Swimwear without the original hygiene liner or with signs of wear
Items damaged by the customer
Final sale items, if clearly marked as final sale before purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order after delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at mutinishop@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A short description of the issue
Clear photos of the item and packaging

If the issue is approved after review, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, please contact us at mutinishop@gmail.com. Exchanges depend on product availability.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at mutinishop@gmail.com.

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
